1. Order Processing & Secure Packaging
Because our collections include fragile ceramics and borosilicate glass, our packaging process is rigorous.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for quality inspection and heavy-duty protective packaging.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee: We offer a standard flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all international orders.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize a secure global fulfillment network to ensure your delicate items arrive safely. Delivery times vary by region:

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU)
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any local import taxes, customs fees, or duties levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. CuvaLiving is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking data typically updates within 1–3 business days.
5. Damages in Transit (Fragile Items)
We take every precaution, but transit accidents happen. If your ceramic or glass items arrive broken, please email service@cuvaliving.com with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
