1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during the return journey.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Initiating a Return

Contact us at service@cuvaliving.com to start a return.

  • Do not send fragile items back without our provided return instructions and authorization, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

3. Damages and Defects

Please inspect your delicate tableware upon arrival. If an item is defective, incorrect, or broken during transit, contact us within 72 hours at service@cuvaliving.com with photos so we can send a free replacement or issue a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Items marked as final sale or gift cards.

  • Original shipping fees.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without justification, provided the items are unused and in original condition.

6. Refunds

Once your return is inspected at our facility, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your bank additional time to post the credit to your account.
